Every order includes a tracking number for your convenience. Please be advised that a formal confirmation via WhatsApp is required to finalize all transactions.

For security and efficiency, we operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis for all deliveries across the UAE.

Returns are permitted within 48 hours of delivery only in the event of a damaged product. To be eligible for a return, shoes must be entirely unused with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you require a different size or model, an exchange can be arranged within 48 hours. Please note that an additional delivery fee of 20 AED applies to all exchange requests.
